Shipping

We process and fulfill orders within 1–3 business days before shipping.

Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 4–10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that holidays or customs may cause delays.

We work with global vendors and small partners worldwide. Some items may ship directly from our international partners, so delivery times are estimates only.

Available items will ship right away. Pre-ordered or backordered items will ship separately once they’re back in stock.

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking ID and a link. Tracking updates may take 2–4 business days to appear.

Please contact us immediately at hello@wearlinalux.com. Since we process orders quickly, changes may only be possible within a short time window.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact the carrier directly. LinaLux is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, but our support team is happy to assist you.

Exchanges & Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them
  • Unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Contact us at hello@wearlinalux.com to request a return. If accepted, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Yes. We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Inspect your order when it arrives. If it is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
